由中華人民共和國香港特別行政區政府數字政策辦公室舉辦、香港社會服務聯會籌辦的「2025香港資訊及通訊科技獎：智慧市民獎」 以「科技突破界限，關懷連繫社群」為主題，設有智慧轉型（慈善機構方案）、智慧樂齡及智慧充權三個獎項組別，鼓勵社福機構與科技界緊密合作，開拓創新應用，並強調人與科技之間的互動與連結，期望不同社群均可受惠於科技的力量。

“2025 Hong Kong ICT Awards: Smart People Award” is now accepting applications for projects that support underprivileged groups, enhance ageing-in-place solutions, or promote service innovation through ICT. Learn more on the website: https://ictawards.hkcss.org.hk

Organised by the Digital Policy Office of The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and hosted by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, the “2025 Hong Kong ICT Awards: Smart People Award” is themed “Breaking Boundaries with Technology, Building Communities with Compassion”. This year’s award features three streams—Smart Transformation (Solutions for Charitable Organisations), Smart Ageing, and Smart Empowerment—encouraging collaboration between the social and technology sectors. By emphasising the interaction between people and technology, the award aims to drive innovative applications that ensure communities of all kinds can benefit from the power of innovation.
