From Unit Cost to Price Setting: The key to your business sustainability

How can you set the right price to ensure the long-term sustainability of your knowledge transfer venture? Understanding the link between costing and pricing is essential, yet often overlooked, in building a sustainable business or social enterprise.

We are delighted to invite you to join our upcoming hybrid workshop, From Unit Cost to Price Setting: The Key to Your Business Sustainability, designed to equip participants with practical knowledge and tools to better understand cost structures and develop effective pricing strategies.

In this interactive session, participants will gain insights into how to calculate unit costs, translate costs into pricing decisions, and balance financial sustainability with social impact. The workshop is particularly relevant for those who are developing or managing impact-driven projects, social enterprises, or community initiatives.

We are pleased to have Mr Timothy Ma, MH, JP as our speaker. With extensive experience in social innovation sector, Mr Ma has supported numerous ventures in strengthening their business models and sustainability strategies.
