Testimonial of Innovate & Elevate with New Gen Creative – Marketing Consultation for Startups @InnoPort

We are thrilled to share the success of our recent collaboration, “Innovate & Elevate with New Gen Creative—Marketing Consultation for Startups@InnoPort,” with the CUHK School of Journalism and Communication (JC). This event marked the culmination of a two-month program in which master students in Advertising from CUHK JC engaged in in-depth discussions with our InnoPeers Startup Teams (SmartAge Intelligence, Doko Tech, DaTong, FACCi, and PLACY®–Physics Literacy Academy for Children and Youth). The students hailing from diverse cultural backgrounds and marketing experiences, analysed the companies and devised comprehensive marketing plans.

Let’s hear what the participants say!

Collaborating with master’s students is invaluable. We love exchanging ideas with them and inspiring each other with exceptional marketing ideas. This opportunity strengthens our brand positioning strategy and target market segments. As the project progresses, the student team and we have developed a good working relationship. FACCi is looking forward to more collaboration opportunities!

Ms. Phoebe YIP
Student of the Master of Advertising at CUHK

One of the highlights was diving deep into Theory in Advertising and Communication. Understanding how audiences think, feel, and behave when they see an ad was eye-opening. These theories don’t just stay on paper—they’ve inspired me to think more strategically and creatively about crafting impactful campaigns.

A huge thank you to Terri and Basil—your guidance has been a game-changer. The knowledge and skills you’ve shared with us have been truly invaluable, pushing us to connect theory with reality.
