中大人真情剖白:接受專訪是怎樣的體驗?

I’m thrilled to share that Scholars Create Social Impact 2.0 will be unveiled at the 2025 Hong Kong Book Fair! 📚 This book features 16 inspiring social innovation stories from CUHK professors, including my VoiceLink project: “A Geneticist’s 30-Year Quest: Developing an AI Communication Tool to Break the Silent Struggles of Rare Diseases.” 🧬💬
Coincidentally, our VoiceLink project has also advanced to version 2.0! 🎉 We’ve just received clinical ethics approval and will soon recruit more participants from specialist clinics to accelerate our R&D. I hope this AI communication tool will empower patients to overcome their challenges! 💪 <link>

Cubic Zine

I was impressed by Cubic Zine team’s professional interviewing skills, enthusiasm, and dedication to demonstrating the best of our social enterprise, not only through Cubic Zine, but also every other helpful channel and social media platform. Cubic Zine team’s support was invaluable in increasing the visibility of our social enterprise. I have already received several enquiries about our services as well as interests in joining the team to assist in service delivery.
Interviews reported in Cubic Zine has deepened my appreciation for the fantastic works of other researchers at CUHK. I was also happy to see the secondary student ambassador joining the interview, enabling us to learn more about their views. All of these gave me new insights into better serving the community.

This opportunity not only allows these students to explore different entrepreneurial ideas on our campus, but also provides a valuable experience for student growth and development.
Furthermore, I am grateful for the InnoPort Team’s initiative to visit various schools and interview the youth participants involved in our projects. This approach has added a more humanistic and living touch to the project description, which I believe will resonate with our audience and potential stakeholders.

Being featured in the latest book by InnoPort, which highlights the stories of entrepreneurs across diverse sectors, is more than just an acknowledgment—it’s a milestone I’ll cherish for years to come.
From late-night brainstorming sessions to navigating the ups and downs of building something meaningful, this journey has been anything but ordinary. And now, having my story included among so many bold, visionary minds feels surreal.
A huge thank you to the InnoPort team and to whom who support me at The Chinese University of Hong Kong for capturing my collective journey. Nothing is better than being recognized in a way that reflects the passion, persistence, and purpose behind the work.<link>
