成為InnoPort的Ambassador，是我在中大讀書做得最正確的選擇之一！這裏有incredibly supportive&motivating的氛圍，每個夥伴都充滿講好每一個故事、辦精每一場活動的想法和技能。我們不斷踏出舒適圈，認識到不同領域的教授和同學，通過走訪、文字、聲音、拍攝，深入他們將知識應用於追求夢想和服務社會的過程。工作之外，還時不時有聚會活動，有好吃的食物和好inspiring的分享。總之，我在InnoPort感受到，只要有熱情、肯去做，就有無限可能！ Becoming an Ambassador at InnoPort was one of the best decisions I made during my time at CUHK! The working atmosphere here is incredibly supportive and motivating. Everyone is brimming with ideas and skills to tell compelling stories and execute events to perfection. We constantly step out of our comfort zones, connecting with professors and students from diverse fields, and through field visits, writing, audio, and video, we dive into how they apply their knowledge to pursue dreams and serve the community. Beyond work, there are gatherings with delicious food and inspiring sharings. In short, at InnoPort, I’ve learned that as long as you are willing to put your heart into action, anything is possible!

成為 InnoPort Ambassador 的這大半年，是我大學生涯中一段精彩而豐富的經歷。很感激能加入 InnoPort 這個大家庭，讓我有機會實踐課堂上的知識，一步步把它們轉化為屬於自己的作品。在這段期間，我嘗試了許多新事物，例如管理 InnoPort 的小紅書社交媒體、撰寫專欄文章、採訪社創企業等等。這些獨一無二的經歷不僅讓我不斷成長與進步，也激發了我的熱情與夢想。這裡的團隊氛圍也很友善，大家都充滿支持與鼓勵，讓我有勇氣踏出舒適圈，相信自己有能力做得更多。未來，我希望能夠走訪更多社創故事，將這份關於理想與堅持的感動繼續分享、延續下去。 Becoming an InnoPort Ambassador has been a wonderful and enriching chapter of my university life. I'm truly grateful to have joined the InnoPort family, which has given me the opportunity to put what I've learned in the classroom into practice, step by step transforming it into work of my own. During this time, I've tried many new things—managing InnoPort's Xiaohongshu social media account, writing feature articles, interviewing social innovation startups, and more. These unique experiences have not only allowed me to grow and improve, but have also sparked my passion and dreams. The team atmosphere here is incredibly warm, filled with support and encouragement, which has given me the courage to step out of my comfort zone and believe that I am capable of achieving more. In the future, I hope to continue exploring more social innovation stories, and to share and carry forward the inspiration tied to ideals and perseverance.

我很榮幸也非常感激能以 Inno-Ambassador 的身分加入 InnoPort 這個大家庭！短短半年間，我經歷了許多豐富而難忘的體驗，從採訪不同領域的專業人士，到科學園和辦公室實地參觀與拍攝，再到擔任真人圖書館的攝影師，以及剪接 CUbicZine 的影片。每次嘉賓的分享都讓我大開眼界，也啟發我思考自己在未來應該如何像他們一樣善用自己的興趣與專長以回饋社會。這是我第一次與機構合作製作出版用的影片，從中我學會了如何與夥伴協力，共同完成理想的作品。我由衷感謝 InnoPort 這支非常友善的團隊，始終鼓勵我們勇於嘗試、大膽發揮創意，讓我們不怕犯錯，從中獲得獨一無二的樂趣與成長。總括而言，成為 Inno-Ambassador 不僅讓我學到更多關於創業與創新的知識，更讓我深刻體會到推廣創新的意義，啓發我去探索屬於自己的創新之路。 I am truly honored and grateful to join the InnoPort family as an Inno-Ambassador! In just half a year, I have had a wealth of rich and unforgettable experiences, from interviewing professionals across different fields, to visiting and filming at Hong Kong Science Park and various offices, serving as a photographer for the Human Library, and editing videos for CUbicZine. What made these experiences truly valuable were the insights shared by our guests, which never failed to broaden my horizons and inspire me to think about how I, like them, can make good use of my own interests and strengths to contribute to society in the future. This was also my first time collaborating with an organization to produce videos for publication, and through this process, I learned how to work closely with partners to achieve the best possible results. None of this would have been possible without the incredibly friendly team at InnoPort, who always encouraged us to try new things and explore our creativity, giving us the confidence to take risks without fear of making mistakes. In short, being an Inno-Ambassador has not only deepened my knowledge of entrepreneurship and innovation, but has also given me a profound understanding of the meaning of promoting innovation, and has inspired me to embark on my own journey of innovation.

加入InnoPort 學生大使一年多以來，我參與了多場創業者訪談與拍攝，親眼見證中大校園內創新科技的蓬勃生機。我與 InnoPort 團隊一同續寫與推廣 CUbicZine，致力把中大的創業故事帶給更廣泛的受眾。創作團隊給予學生大使充足的創意發揮空間，讓我在影片拍攝與製作中學到許多實用技巧，也積累了豐富經驗；同時，中大教職員與學生的創業歷程打動著我，啟發我思考如何將學術成果落地，轉化為真正造福社會的實業。 Having served as an InnoPort student ambassador for over a year, I have taken part in numerous entrepreneur interviews and shoots, witnessing firsthand the vibrancy of innovation and technology across CUHK’s campus. Together with the InnoPort team, I have continued to develop and promote CUbicZine, working to bring CUHK’s entrepreneurial stories to a broader audience. The creative team has given student ambassadors ample space to exercise our creativity, allowing me to learn many practical skills in video shooting and production and to accumulate valuable hands on experience. At the same time, the entrepreneurial journeys of CUHK faculty and students have deeply moved me and inspired me to consider how academic research can be grounded and transformed into real enterprises that genuinely benefit society

加入InnoPort逾一年，透過CUbicZine的製作，先後結識了來自不同領域的教授，見證他們在研究項目、社會企業等範疇上的探索與實踐。 這一年間，教授們將專業知識轉化為社會實踐；而我們，則將他們創立社創的歷程，轉化為一個個真實的社會故事。然而，InnoPort本身的轉變，同樣令人印象深刻。它不再只是協助教授與同學踏上創新創業之路的平台，自身亦開始在內容形式、呈現手法及社群建立等多個層面上，積極探索新的可能性。 這種由內而外的嘗試與成長，或許正是InnoPort最真實的一面——在推動他人創新的同時，也從未停止前行。 Having joined InnoPort for over a year, I came into contact with professors from various fields through the production of CUbicZine, witnessing their exploration and work across research projects, social enterprises, and beyond. Over the past year, professors translated their academic knowledge into real-world social impact, while we transformed their journeys of founding social ventures into stories for the public. Yet InnoPort's own evolution left just as strong an impression. It has grown beyond a platform that simply supports professors and students in starting their entrepreneurial journey — it has begun to actively explore new possibilities across content formats, presentation methods, and community building. This spirit of ongoing experimentation and growth from within may well be InnoPort's most authentic side — championing innovation in others, while never ceasing to forge its own path.

不經不覺我已經在InnoPort 擔任了快一年的學生大使，當中讓我接觸到許多課本外的知識，更深入認識了創業和本地的社會企業。以前我都不知道中大的教授們會創業的，一開始我不太理解他們都高薪厚職，社會地位又高，為什麼要花時間、心機去創業呢？ 我InnoPort 工作時慢慢開始明白了，原來他們創業不是放棄對學術追求，而是讓知識走出實驗室，用自身的知識去回饋社會。InnoPort 的同事們都很親切，在這裡工作讓我樂在其中，也感受到這份工作的意義。 Unknowingly, I have been serving as a student ambassador at InnoPort for nearly a year. This experience has exposed me to a wealth of knowledge beyond textbooks, deepening my understanding of entrepreneurship and local social enterprises. Initially, I was unaware that CUHK professors would engage in entrepreneurial ventures. I couldn’t comprehend why individuals with high salaries and esteemed social status would invest time and effort in starting businesses. However, through my work at InnoPort, I gradually came to understand that their entrepreneurial pursuits are not about abandoning academic aspirations but about bringing knowledge out of the laboratory to give back to society. The colleagues at InnoPort are all very kind, and working here has been enjoyable and fulfilling, allowing me to appreciate the significance of this role.
