Rethink HK 2025 was held on 11 – 12 September 2025, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) Hall 1B-E, attracting over 9,500 attendees. Rethink HK is an annual event that helps organisations align sustainable business practices at every stage of their value chain, showcases innovation and the solutions that accelerate sustainable transformation. ReThink HK unites the ecosystem so all stakeholders and communities can contribute to and look forward to a climate-smart and equitable city, for everyone. The annual ecosystem event operates under license from the business and sustainability communities that it is privileged to support – uniting stakeholders, demonstrating the business case and strategies for change against a backdrop of innovation and the sustainable solutions needed to achieve a circular economy and strive for a carbon-neutral Hong Kong before 2050. This year, we are proud to have 4 teams from the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Science to join us at our CUHK booth in demonstrating their latest technologies toward sustainability and environmental protection.
