新生會屬下社企 inno330 於2021開業,為復元人士提供實地培訓及就業機會,和推廣身心靈健康 ; 透過「共融咖啡大使計劃」,推廣共融,讓青少年認識社企、學習咖啡沖調及創業技巧。

舉行日期:2024年10月至12月

費用: 全免

人數 : 名額有限

有意參加者需符合以下條件 :

-中大本科生, 流利廣東話

-對咖啡行業 / 身心靈健康 / 社創富有熱誠

-曾參與社福機構義務工作者優先考慮

活動內容:

第一部份: 工作坊及講座 (日期:10月)

-精神健康資訊 – 了解整全健康及照顧自己情緒需要的方法 (2小時)

-咖啡拉花工作坊 (2小時)

-社會創新講座 (2小時)

-中大創業資訊 (1小時)

第二部份: 參與 8小時 inno330 義工實習 (日期:10月至11月)

第三部份: 一日店長比賽 (日期:12月)

-約 3 至 4人一組

-一日店長比賽 : 每組將自行管理一天 inno330 的所有運作安排,例如:編排人手、食物出品、業績管理及制定宣傳活動等

其他:

-活動完成後,出席率達100%的參加者可獲感謝狀

-參加「一日店長」比賽的傑出表現組別將獲發現金獎以示鼓勵及表揚

-報名成功的參加者將會於 10月初 收到正式通知

Inno330, a social enterprise under the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association, opened in 2021 to provide on-the-job training and employment opportunities for people in recovery, and to promote physical, mental and spiritual health; through the “Caring Barista Program”, it promotes inclusion and allows young people to understand social enterprises, learn coffee brewing and entrepreneurial skills.

Program details:

Date: October to December 2024

Cost: Free

Number of people: Limited places

Interested participants must meet the following conditions:

-CUHK undergraduate, fluent in Cantonese

– Passionate about the coffee industry/physical and mental health/social innovation

– Volunteer workers who have participated in social welfare organizations will be given priority

Activity content:

Part 1: Workshops and Lectures (Date: October)

-Mental Health Information

– Learn about holistic health and ways to take care of your emotional needs (2 hours)

-Coffee latte art workshop (2 hours)

-Social Innovation Lecture (2 hours)

-CUHK Entrepreneurship Information (1 hour)

Part 2: Participate in 8 hours of inno330 volunteer internship (Date: October to November)

Part 3: One-day Store Manager Competition (Date: December)

-A group of about 3 to 4 people

-One-day store manager competition: Each group will manage all operational arrangements of inno330 for one day, such as: manpower planning, food production, performance management and development of publicity activities, etc. other:

-After the event is completed, participants with an attendance rate of 100% will receive a certificate of appreciation

-The outstanding performance group participating in the “One-day Store Manager” competition will receive a cash award as a token of encouragement and recognition.

– Participants who have successfully registered will receive formal notification in early October
